The Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency has authorized Excelsia College as a Higher Education Provider for FEE-HELP, Youth Allowance, Austudy, and Abstudy. Excelsia College is also registered to provide programmes to overseas students (CRICOS Provider Code 02664K). The huge, varied, and complicated higher education sector in Australia is governed and ensured to be of a high standard by the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA). In accordance with the Higher Education Standards Framework, which consists of five domains—Provider Standards, Qualification Standards, Teaching and Learning Standards, Information Standards, and Research Standards—TEQSA registers and assesses the performance of higher education providers. All higher education providers are subject to regular compliance and quality evaluations by TEQSA.
