In Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Humber College, also known as the Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning, is a public college for applied arts and technology. Three campuses—North Campus, Lakeshore Campus, and Downtown Campus—offer Humber College courses. The campuses collectively provide 220+ programs in 40 academic fields. A bachelor's degree is the highest degree offered at Humber; in addition, the school primarily offers certificate and diploma programs. Humber College's postgraduate diploma and certificate programs are in high demand among Indian students.

The majority of courses at Humber College have two intakes: January and/or September, making the admissions procedure quite simple. All applicants must have at least a 70% overall grade point average to be accepted. All Indian students are required to submit an IELTS score of at least 6.5 for undergraduate programs and 6.0 for graduate programs as proof of their English language skills. While submitting personal essays and recommendation letters is optional for some courses, it is strongly advised if you are an overseas student.

Your promotional writing, presentation, and organizing skills will be strengthened by Humber's Advertising and Marketing Communications diploma program, which will also teach you the fundamentals of design, production, and supplier management. You'll gain a thorough understanding of the range of your professional options by taking courses in project coordination, public relations, marketing communications, and advertising.

With an emphasis on media planning, this program's main goal is to give you the abilities to collaborate with advertising creatives, such as copywriters, graphic and interaction designers, art directors, and suppliers. Opportunities to work with BuildingF, the in-house agency of Humber, will provide you the chance to collaborate with peers on practical briefs while beginning to expand your professional network.

As the Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising and Graphic Design, and Media Communications diploma programs share your first semester, you have the flexibility to choose the focus of your studies in the second semester.

During their last semester of study, students are required to complete a work placement, which gives them real-world, hands-on experience in the field.

Students will receive guidance in marketing themselves to potential employers after finishing a work placement preparation course in order to locate a work placement that fits with their individual career aspirations.
