In Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Humber College, also known as the Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning, is a public college for applied arts and technology. Students who enroll in the charcuterie and advanced garde manger classes learn how to butcher a variety of proteins utilizing a variety of modern presentation and styling techniques. In comparison to other institutions in Ontario, the Emerging Trends course offers students the chance to collaborate with visiting local chefs.
